Ciudadanos no europeo presentes, legalmente en Italia.

Se equiparan a los ciudadanos de la Unión Europea los candidatos no pertenecientes a la Unión Europea que residen legalmente en Italia, tal como se definen en el art. 39, apartado 5, del Decreto Legislativo n. 286 de "En cualquier caso, se permite el acceso a los cursos de enseñanza técnica superior o de formación superior y a las escuelas de especialización de las universidades, en igualdad de condiciones con los estudiantes italianos, los extranjeros titulares de un permiso de residencia de larga duración de la UE, de un permiso de residencia, por cuenta propia, por motivos familiares, de asilo, de protección subsidiaria, por motivos familiares, por asilo, por protección subsidiaria, ((por motivos religiosos, por los motivos contemplados en los artículos 18, 18-bis, 20-bis, 22, párrafo 12-quater, y 42-bis, así como a los titulares del permiso de residencia expedido en virtud del artículo 32, párrafo 3, del Decreto Legislativo no 28 de enero de 2008;)) o a los extranjeros que hayan residido legalmente durante al menos un año en posesión de un título de enseñanza secundaria superior obtenido en Italia, así como a los extranjeros, dondequiera que residan que sean titulares de diplomas finales de las escuelas italianas en el extranjero o de las escuelas extranjeras o internacionales, que operen en Italia o en el extranjero, objeto de acuerdos bilaterales o de normativas especiales para el reconocimiento de los títulos de estudios y que cumplan las condiciones generales requeridas para la entrada para estudios".

Para esta categoría de candidatos, a efectos de matriculación en un carreras de tres años o licenciatura de ciclo único o posgrado, siempre será necesario cargar en Alice el permiso de residencia, incluso si ha caducado. No basta con cargar el recibo de solicitud o renovación del permiso de residencia.

Matriculación para una licenciatura de tres años o de cinco años.

Los cursos de grado de tres años de ciclo único de cinco años pueden ser de acceso libre o de acceso programado.

Para los cursos de estudio de acceso libre, es prevista una prueba no selectiva con el fin de verificar la preparación inicial y la aptitud personal para emprender la formación elegida. El resultado de la prueba no afecta la posibilidad de matricularse, sin embargo, puede implicar la asignación de débitos formativos que se pueden recuperar a través de cursos especiales organizados por los departamentos correspondientes.

Los cursos de acceso limitado, en cambio, prevén un número definido de plazas y solo se accede a ellas mediante concurso. Todos los detalles se publican en la página correspondiente del portal Matricolandosi.

Es necesario registrarse en el Portal Alice para crear un perfil personal y credenciales de inicio de sesión. Una vez registrado, puede iniciar sesión y elegir su curso de estudio, inscribirse en pruebas de evaluación o concursos de admisión.

Para completar la matrícula es necesario:

• Realizar el log-in en el portale Alice
• En el menú seleccione Secretaría - Elección del curso (Inscripción)
• Cargar los documentos requeridos

Al final del trámite, aparecerá el formulario FORIM de matriculación, para imprimir, firmado en las tres partes y subirlo al portal Alice.

Además, aparecerá los impuestos a pagar por concepto de inscripción si no ha solicitado la beca DSU. El pago se puede realizar en línea a través de PagoPA (si el estudiante se encuentra en el extranjero) o en el banco, oficina de correos, estancos autorizados (si el estudiante está en Italia), imprimiendo el recibo correspondiente.

Para formalizar la inscripción, cargar en el portale Alice los siguientes documentos:

• Foto personal tamaño pasaporte
• Documento de identidad
• Diploma de escuela secundaria original o copia certificada;
• Declaración de valor (DV), expedido por la representación diplomática italiana competente en el territorio, acompañado de una traducción oficial del título en italiano, autenticado o apostillado O, Certificado de comparabilidad expedido por el Cimea (www.cimea.it)
• Ambos documentos deben mostrar al menos 12 años de escolaridad general y el título otorgado debe permitir el acceso local a la educación superior.
• Recibo de la solicitud de beca presentada al DSU si la ha solicitado.

Inscribirse a un programa de Posgrado (dos años)

En caso de matriculación a un posgrado, la admisión está sujeta a los requisitos académicos específicos.

Para conocer estos requisitos, puede visitar la página relativa de las normas y obligaciones generales que rigen el acceso a los posgrados, con especial referencia al art. 2, punto 2.4, y el de la oferta didáctica, consultando la ficha del curso de interés

Es necesario registrate al portal Alice para crear un perfil personal y credenciales de inicio de sesión.

Una vez registrado en el portal de Alice, debe iniciar sesión con sus credenciales y cargar los siguientes documentos:

• Foto personal tamaño pasaporte
• Documento de identidad

Documentación necesaria para la matriculación y para cargar en el portal Ammissionelm:

• Título académico extranjero en original y relativa fotocopia;
• Dichiarazione di valore (DV), rilasciata dalla Rappresentanza diplomatica italiana competente per territorio, corredata da traduzione ufficiale del diploma di laurea in lingua italiana, autenticato o munito di Apostille, OPPURE, Attestato di comparabilità rilasciato dal Cimea (www.cimea.it);

• certificado en original de los exámenes aprobados en el extranjero con traducción oficial al italiano
• Programas de estudios y/o descripción de los cursos (en papel con membrete de la Universidad extranjera o avalados con el sello de la propia Universidad) con su traducción oficial al italiano, SOLO en el caso de posgrado en idioma italiano

Nota: En el portal de Ammissionelm, solo se permite cargar 3 archivos. Por favor, reúne en un único archivo PDF, Diploma de Posgrado y Transcript of Records de la Universidad.

Una vez superado los controles administrativos, la solicitud será evaluada por el consejo de curso, Una vez que el consejo haya decidido sobre la admisión al curso, los candidatos serán notificados por correo electrónico en el portal Ammissionelm del resultado de la evaluación y, en caso de ser admitidos, información relativa a la finalización de la matrícula.

Para formalizar la matrícula, todos los documentos requeridos deben cargarse en el portal Alice y Ammissionelm (como se describe anteriormente). Para formalizar la matrícula se requerirá el pago de la primera cuota de la matrícula universitaria (que aparecerá en el portal Alice después de la admisión de la carrera) o el recibo de la solicitud de beca presentada al DSU.

Para el proceso de evaluación es necesario la traducción al italiano de la lista de exámenes aprobados y los programas de estudio, puede comunicarse con el presidente del curso que desea inscribirse y solicitarle una pre-evaluación de los títulos de estudio que posee, Asimismo puede comunicarse enviando un correo electrónico al presidente del Curso de estudio elegido.

P.D Incluso los estudiantes que ya estén en posesión de la carta de admisión al curso de psogrado deben seguir todo el procedimiento descrito anteriormente.

Es oportuno recordarse que:

• En caso de inscribirse a un programa de posgrado, la admisión estará sujeta al cumplimiento de los requisitos académicos específicos. Para conocer los requisitos, es posible visitar la página referida a las normas generales que regulan el ingreso a un programa de posgrado y aquella de la oferta didáctica, consultando la ficha del curso de interés. Para una evaluación preventiva de los títulos, es posible enviar un e-mail al presidente del Curso de estudio elegido.
• En caso de preinscribirse a un Curso de estudio en idioma inglés (Master's degree), se aconseja visitar la página web correspondiente, para conocer procedimientos, vencimientos y requisitos académicos de admisión. La inscripción en un curso de lengua en inglés no requiere superar la prueba obligatoria de idioma italiano.

Para el a.a. 2023-2024, el WIS! está activo online y en presencia, solo con cita previa de la agenda electrónica, del 1 de mayo de 2023 al 29 de diciembre de 2023, con suspensión del 1 de agosto al 21 de agosto.

The Specialisation schools of the University of Pisa include the following sectors:

1. Health sector (for those who have graduated in Medicine and surgery and in some cases, for other types of graduate students); 4 to 6 years duration.

The admission depends on specific academic requirements. EU citizens - or non-EU citizens with a regular Residency permit - choosing to enroll in a Master's Degree Programme at the University of Pisa, are required to:

1. Register on the Alice Portal, entering your personal data to create your personal profile and receive your access credentials. Do not continue in the section “Choose your degree Program” because the Second cycle degree Programs are not listed on the Alice Portal. After registration go directly to the Ammissionelm portal (point n°2).

2. Enroll on line for academic year 2024/2025 to the Ammissionelm Portal.

Once registered on the Alice portal you can log in with your credentials and upload in the appropriate sections the following documents:
- a personal passport-sized photo
- a valid ID

For enrollment please UPLOAD on Ammissionelm Portal the following documents:

• Bachelor’s Degree Diploma
• Declaration of value (DV), issued by the Italian Diplomatic Authorities in their home country, along with the official translation into Italian of the diploma, legalised (or with an "apostille") and validated, OR, the Statement of Comparability produced by CIMEA (www.cimea.it), OR the Diploma Supplement

• The University transcript of Records with a list of all the exams completed abroad, and its official translation* into Italian language
• Courses description on University letterhead or University sealed paper (original version and official translation into Italian*)
  * ONLY for Degrees held in Italian

Once the administrative checks have been passed, your application will be evaluated by the degree program council. Once the board has deliberated on admission to the course, you will receive a notification via email and on the Ammissionelm portal with the result of the assessment and, if admitted, information on the completion of enrollment.

In order to formalize enrollment, all the required documents must be uploaded to the Alice and Ammissionelm portal (as described above). To formalize enrollment it will be necessary either to pay the first installment of university fees (which will appear on the Alice portal following admission to the degree course)** or the receipt of the scholarship application submitted to the DSU.

* Please, contact the President of the selected Degree Programme to assess if the Italian translation is required.

PRE-ENROLLMENT REQUEST TO MASTER'S DEGREE PROGRAMMES (NOT LONG-CYCLE) IN ITALIAN LANGUAGE

If the pre-enrollment request is to a Master's Degree programme, it should be remembered that the admission is subject to some academic requirements.

As for requirements, it is recommended to check on the website page concerning the general dispositions for the admission to Master's degree programmes and the educational offer webpage with specific attention to the concerned degree programme. For a preventive assessment of the qualifications, it is possible to email to the Degree Course Director annexing the obtained qualification and a list of exams and courses taken in the Country of origin.

Candidates choosing a Master's Degree programme in Italian Language must certify an adequate knowledge of Italian Language (level B2). All relevant information is available on Italian language certificate page.

Students choosing to enroll in a Master's Degree Programme at the University of Pisa are required to:

• Fill in the pre-enrollment form on Universitaly portal and submit it to the Italian diplomatic Authority in their home country after validation by the University of Pisa.

The request is accepted by the Italian Diplomatic Authority in their home country “under condition” if the student has concluded the study programme and has not received the qualification certificate yet and in case the admission to the degree programme is subject to further requests.

Documents to be uploaded on Universitaly portal for the assessment by the University of Pisa and the relevant validation of pre-enrollment request

1. University degree or equivalent first cycle university qualification
2. University Degree officially translated into Italian language
3. Transcript of records of the foreign University where qualification has been obtained
4. Transcript of records officially translated into Italian language
5. Study programme, detailed for subject, to obtain the said qualification
6. Study programme translated into Italian Language
7. Certificate of Italian language proficiency with a grade not inferior to B2 level of the Council of Europe
8. Any other documentation required by the University of Pisa, with reference to verification of the foreign qualification authenticity and the consequent validation of pre-enrollment request to be forwarded to the Diplomatic Authority for Visa issuing.

The Declaration of value (Dichiarazione di Valore) will be requested by the University of Pisa to the Italian Diplomatic Authority during the validation of pre-enrollment request. In the event the candidate already have it, it is adivisable to upload only one of the following documents relating to the final secondary school qualification:

• Declaration of value (Dichiarazione di Valore) released by the Italian Diplomatic Authority responsible for the territory to which the qualification belongs
• Declaration/statement released by the Italian ENIC-NARIC centre (the one called "Statement of comparability")
• Other declarations of official foreign institutions

PRE-ENROLLMENT REQUEST TO MASTER'S DEGREE PROGRAMMES HELD IN ENGLISH LANGUAGE

If choosing to pre-enroll in a Master’s degree programme held in English, please check the webpage to know about procedures, deadlines and academic requirements. For pre-enrolling in a Master’s Degree held in English the certificate of Italian language Proficiency (B2 level) is not required. During pre-enrollment we suggest to upload an international certificate attesting English language Proficiency (IELTS, TOEFL, Cambridge, etc.) for the visa issuing by the Italian Diplomatic Authority in your Country.

Students choosing to pre-enroll in the Master's degree Programme held in English language at the University of Pisa are required to:

• Fill in the pre-enrollment form on Universitaly portal and submit it to Italian diplomatic Authority in their home country after validation by the University of Pisa.

3. International certificate attesting English language Proficiency (IELTS, TOEFL, Cambridge, etc.) for the visa issuing by the Italian Diplomatic Authority in their Country.

The Declaration of value (Dichiarazione di Valore) will be requested by the University of Pisa to the Italian Diplomatic Authority during the validation of pre-enrollment request. In the event the candidate already have it, it is adivisable to upload only one of the following documents relating to the final secondary school qualification:

• Declaration of value (Dichiarazione di Valore) released by the Italian Diplomatic Authority responsible for the territory to which the qualification belongs
• Declaration/statement released by the Italian ENIC-NARIC centre (the one called "Statement of comparability")
• Other declarations of official foreign institutions
